Objectives: To determine wagon road’s eligibility for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places, as well as to record previously unknown archeological sites.

Findings and Status:  A reconnaissance was conducted on 9/23 and 9/24/97 on two sections of road with CCSO archeologist, Jim Thomson, and contract archeologist, Keith Garnett to determine level of full survey needed in 1998. One new site found, but no attempt to recover artifacts was made.
