Oregon Caves National Monument is about 150 miles southwest of Crater Lake. This was the second season for young Robert Stangeland and there are lots of snow photos! The buildings are nicer, the scenery not so much – so there are lots of pictures of his chums buried in snow. It’s a classic view of the CCC life.
